Revaluation Procedure
Revaluation Procedure
At D.Y.A. International University, students have the right to request revaluation or rechecking of their examination papers if they believe their marks do not accurately reflect their performance. The university ensures a transparent and student-friendly process.
1. Eligibility for Revaluation
Students who are not satisfied with their examination results may apply for revaluation under the following conditions:
- The student must have appeared in the respective examination.
- Only theory papers are eligible for revaluation (not practical/lab exams).
- The application must be submitted within the specified deadline after result declaration.
2. Application Procedure
To apply for revaluation:
- Download the Revaluation Form from the university’s examination portal.
- Fill out the form carefully and attach a copy of the marksheet.
- Pay the prescribed revaluation fee per subject.
- Submit the completed form to the Examination Cell before the deadline.
3. Revaluation Fee
The revaluation fee structure is as follows:
- Undergraduate Courses: Depend on your course and per subject
- Postgraduate Courses: Depend on your course and per subject
- Ph.D. Coursework: Depend on your course and per subject
Payment can be made online through the university portal or via demand draft.
4. Evaluation Process
Once the application is submitted:
- Answer sheets are re-evaluated by an independent examiner.
- The process ensures unbiased review and verification of marks.
- The updated results (if any change occurs) are officially communicated to the student.
5. Result Declaration
The revaluation results are generally declared within 30 to 50 days of application submission. Students can check their revised marks on the official university portal using their registration credentials.
6. Important Guidelines
- No refund of revaluation fees once the process has started.
- Only one revaluation per paper is permitted.
- Final results after revaluation are considered binding and cannot be challenged further.
