Overview

The Examination Section of D.Y.A. University is responsible for conducting all academic assessments in a structured, transparent, and efficient manner. Our aim is to uphold academic integrity while maintaining the highest standards of evaluation and student performance measurement.

Examination Cell

The Examination Cell coordinates with departments to organize semester exams, internal assessments, and practical tests. It ensures timely notifications, evaluation, and publication of results. The cell also maintains secure records of all examination-related data.

Examination Rules & Regulations

Students are required to follow all university guidelines during the examination process:

  • Adherence to the examination schedule and hall ticket instructions.
  • Carrying valid university ID cards during examinations.
  • Strict prohibition of unfair practices.
  • Submission of assignments and projects within deadlines.
Any violation of examination policies may result in disciplinary action.

Evaluation Process

D.Y.A. University follows a comprehensive evaluation system based on both continuous internal assessment (CIA) and end-semester examinations.

  • Internal Assessment: Quizzes, assignments, and class participation.
  • Final Examinations: Written, practical, and viva-voce tests.
  • Transparency: Evaluation under strict confidentiality and quality checks.

Grading & Results

The university uses a Credit-Based Grading System (CBGS) to evaluate student performance. Results are declared online within stipulated time frames and are accessible through the Student Portal. Grade cards, transcripts, and certificates are issued by the Examination Cell.

Revaluation & Supplementary Exams

Students who wish to apply for revaluation or supplementary examinations can do so through the official portal.

  • Revaluation requests must be submitted within 10 working days after results.
  • Supplementary exams are conducted for eligible candidates in the next term.
  • All applications must include valid documentation and fees.

Students can download the latest examination timetable and hall tickets from the official university website. Regular updates, notifications, and seating arrangements are published under the Examination section.
