Government & Statutory Recognition


University Grants Commission (UGC) Compliance:

D.Y.A. International University is recognised under relevant sections of the UGC Act, empowering us to confer degrees as per national standards. This recognition affirms our academic credibility and ensures that our students graduate with degrees respected across India and abroad.


State Government Approval:

We are officially approved by the Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh, ensuring our policies, programs, and operations meet the standards of the state’s higher education framework.

NAAC Accreditation (In Process):

We are actively engaged with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) process. Our Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) ensures continuous monitoring and improvement across academic and administrative functions.


AICTE Approval (Program Specific):

For technical, management, and professional programs, we comply with AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) guidelines to ensure the highest level of academic rigor and industry relevance.


NCTE Recognition (If offering B.Ed./ITEP):
